Everything you want to know about the D-Eat weightloss shake and how to use it

Since I love the Ringana products so much, I would like to introduce you to one of the (in my opinion) greatest products from Ringana today. The D-Eat Complete, a complete, calorie reduced meal replacement that can help you lose weight.

But since the D-Eat is much more than just a weight loss shake, you can use it in a variety of ways in your everyday life. More on that later.

What is the D-Eat complete and why can it make your life easier?

The D-Eat is a calorie reduced meal replacement that you can mix or shake in just a few steps. It contains all the nutrients your body needs. For example amino acids, omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, vitamins and important minerals. On the other hand, it only contains 200 calories and thanks to the dietary fiber it still fills you up and makes you feel like you have eaten something.

Just like all other Ringana products, the D-Eat is made completely vegan and free of preservatives and artificial additives. That’s why it’s relatively tasteless itself, which has the advantage that you can mix and prepare it yourself according to your taste.

You can add up to 50 calories to each shake and you can prepare it with banana, sugar-free apple sauce, tomato juice or espresso, for example. Just as you like. On top of that, when you prepare it with the Ringana Shaker, its consistency is wonderfully creamy. I personal love it with my organic ginger-cinnamon-cacao powder.

In what ways can you use the D-Eat Complete?

If you want to lose weight, Ringana recommends replacing two main meals a day with the weight loss drink and eating another main meal as usual (but healthy, of course). After you have reached your target weight, you first reduce to one D-Eat a day and eat two main meals wich are healthy and “normal”. The aim is to try out and learn healthy eating habits and to stabilize your weight at the same time.

Finally, if you are really happy with your weight, you can skip the D-Eat completely or keep one D-Eat day per week. This should help you maintain your weight over the long term. On your D-Eat day, you continue to only eat one main meal and replace two dishes with the D-Eat.

How else can you use the D-Eat?

The D-Eat is healthy, free from artificial additives and contains everything you need. So you can also use it in your everyday life if you don’t have time to prepare a healthy snack or a healthy meal. And thanks to the really handy sachets, you can take it with you anytime, anywhere. You only need some water and the shaker and are ready to go. That`s why I sometimes take the D-Eat with me for a tour if I don`t want to carry around a whole bowl of veggies or just eat some junk food on the go.

After drinking a D-Eat, you feel strengthened and refreshed and not heavy and tired like you might feel after another meal.

This makes the D-Eat ideal for days when you travel a lot, don’t have much time and don’t want to carry a lot around with you.

Whether you take it on a hike, a trip, or consume it before a meeting, it’s really convenient and can help you get the most out of your day. I’ve had it as a snack quite a few times, instead of a smoothie I’ve made myself.

For whom is the D-Eat particularly suitable?

In principle, for anyone who would like to use a calorie reduced drink. Especially if you have little time to prepare healthy meals yourself or just don’t like to cook, you will be happy with the D-Eat.

Even if counting calories is too complicated for you and you don’t have the nerve to deal with any diets, the weight loss shake is a great solution. And as you can mix it with different kinds of flavors and foods, you don`t have to consume a chocolate or vanilla flavored drink for days and weeks.

How does the D-Eat tastes best and where can I find recipes for it?

As always, it’s a matter of taste. I really enjoy it when briefly pureed with a little almond milk and a handful of raspberries. You can find a more detailed recipe here. I just love raspberries! With cinnamon and a banana, it becomes almost like a small dessert and is very filling.
